Dave Johnson started First Site Home Solutions LLC to fill a gap he kept seeing: homeowners getting ready to sell had a dozen small fixes standing between them and a strong offer — and no easy way to get them all handled. So he made that easy.
Today, Dave focuses on the work that moves the needle for sellers: pressure washing, paint touch-ups, small repairs, and the curb appeal that turns a "maybe" into an offer. He also takes on general small handyman work for homeowners who just need something fixed.
